Held annually on June 3rd to honor the first successful ascent of an 8,000-meter peak (Annapurna I, in 1950), this race tests the endurance of runners against the majestic yet rugged Himalayan terrain.

Starting from the stunning Annapurna Base Camp (4,130 m), the trail leads you through Fishtail Base Camp, traditional Gurung villages, lush rhododendron forests, rocky ridges, and shallow river crossings. The finish line is set at the beautiful mountain village of Ghandruk (2,012 m).

Athletes will conquer dramatic altitude drops and climbs, making this one of the most difficult yet rewarding marathons on Earth. The scenic surroundings and raw nature make it an unforgettable experience for runners across the globe.
